Unlike multiple inspector firms, I focus on high quality, thorough inspections, rather than how many inspections I can fit in a day. With me, you can be confident that I will take the time needed to inspect every aspect of the property.
2. I do my best to inspect every aspect of your future home from the roof to the basement/crawlspace. Inspectors often do not enter crawlspaces or will take photos of the roof from street level instead of climbing up. If I can’t walk the roof, I will, at the very minimum, take photos of your roof using a camera poll or drone.
3. I always recommend that you attend the inspection. Doing so helps you better understand both the home and all information that is entered on the report. The benefit is that you can ask questions and understand defects more thoroughly.
Why I Do What I Do
My name is Uriah Dunn and I got into the industry after working several years in the pharmaceuticals industry. My passion started when I began investing in real estate. Through that process, I started to understand how complex and different every home is. Because of my desire to better understand homes, work with my hands, and the fulfillment I get from helping others better understand their furutre home and investment, I decided to go all in.
Having experience purchasing several homes, I truly understand the challenges, stress and confusion one can experience when purchasing a home. Through the entire inspection process, my goal is to take as much stress off the buyer and explain all of the defects and potential severity of each. Every home will have defects, my job is to help my clients understand what each defect will mean for them.
My clients can expect to feel confident in understanding any property that I’ve inspected and trust that I treat every inspection like I would my own. Other companies care about how many inspections they do in a day, I care about covering every square foot of your future home.
The inspection will be as thorough as possible.
I will be very meticulous for your inspection. I will also do my best to access all areas of the property.
I am thorough but not an alarmist.
I wont make a big deal out of insignificant defects. While no home is perfect, I will make sure you have an understanding of all of the defects without over complicating the report.
